Working with mandalas helps me manage stress by providing a structured and focused creative process. As I follow and build each pattern, my attention shifts away from distractions and centers on the immediate task of completing the next line or shape. The repetitive and symmetrical nature of mandalas creates a sense of rhythm that encourages mindfulness and presence. As the design gradually develops, I experience a growing sense of clarity and balance, as if each element is coming together in a cohesive and intentional way.
